Order
Can I Modify My Order?
If you wish to modify your order, you can contact us using the contact form within 12 hours of purchase. Our customer service team will be ready to assist you.
Where Can I Enter a Discount Code?
In our online store, when you go to the "Checkout" page, you will have the opportunity to use your discount code. By clicking on the "Enter Discount Code" link below, you can apply your code.
Shipping Status
To check the current status of your order, you can view it through the email notification options.
If you have placed an order but haven't received an email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Due to high order volumes, delivery times might be delayed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Is my payment information secure?

Your online transactions are protected by the highest level of transaction security. Our store uses SSL encryption technology to protect your card information, which is securely transmitted via SSL directly to a secure electronic vault for payment processing.
Can I combine multiple discount codes?
No, this is generally not possible. An exception is for products already discounted in the store, where discount codes can also be applied to them.
Are there transaction fees when making payment?
There are no additional transaction fees on the Suprmat website. The prices displayed correspond to the final prices, and we do not add any extra fees.
Delivery
How will my order be delivered?
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
When we ship your goods, we will send you a shipping confirmation, where you can also find a link for tracking product delivery.
We partner with the shipping service provider DHL.
Shipping Status
To check the current status of your order, you can use the shipping tracking option.
If you have not received a tracking number yet, your order is still being prepared for shipment.
Please note that when ordering multiple items, they may sometimes be shipped separately, thus may have different tracking numbers.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
For all our Suprmat products, we offer free delivery service.
How long does delivery take?
After you pay for your order, we need 0-1 business days to prepare the order, and the delivery time is 1-3 business days.
