Warranty Policy
This NON-TRANSFERABLE warranty is provided by Suprmat.
We guarantee that your qualifying product will be replaced or repaired at our discretion, at no cost to you, if it is found to be defective due to faulty parts, manufacturing defects, or structural defects within the first 2 years of ownership, excluding specific limitations contained herein.
What is Covered:
- This warranty explicitly covers all parts, labor, and frames of Home Textile products.
- This warranty includes the cost of parts and labor for the two-year period, at no cost to the customer.
Additional Guarantee:
We offer additional guarantee for the following product:
- Product: Mattress Topper
We provide a 10-year guarantee on the durability of the material and mattress core for each mattress topper.
In addition to the store's 2-year warranty policy:
- For products aged 3-5 years, you only need to pay a €20 labor fee, and we will repair or replace the mattress topper for you.
- For products aged 6-10 years, you keep the current product. We will deliver a new product at 50% of the original full purchase price at the time of purchase.
What is NOT Covered:
- All shipping costs incurred. Damages related to transportation; theft; abuse; neglect; vandalism.
- Damage caused by shipping and handling, product drops, incorrect installation, and/or unauthorized repairs do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
- Malfunctions due to improper use, as well as unreasonable use or maintenance, including failure to follow usage instructions.
- Any environmental conditions (examples: fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornadoes) or any other exposure to weather conditions.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including zipper malfunctions or tears to any fabric caused by abuse.
- Failures or attachment points of seams and zippers do not constitute a defect for warranty purposes.
- Softening and hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and cushions; discoloration, wear, and pilling of fabrics do not constitute a defect under this warranty, as these elements naturally change with use.

- The warranty will not apply if the product has been physically damaged, whether intentionally or as a result of an accident or negligence: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, pet damage, cuts, burns, or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged, or soiled.
- Products used in a commercial or business setting.
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
